Located directly on Keawakapu Beach at the north end of Wailea on Maui's quiet, sunny, south side, Wailea Ekahi features 33 acres of beautiful, mature landscaped grounds in a low-rise, low-density village setting stretching from the beachfront pool up to Wailea Alanui Drive. This is definitely a resort complex you will remember and want to keep returning to year after year.

Guests in Ekahi Village's condos enjoy all the pleasures of Maui's Wailea Resort including discounts at all 3 Wailea championship golf courses and the world-renowned tennis club. Our Ekahi Village is adjacent to Keawakapu Beach and Wailea's 2--mile ocean front board walk. The new Wailea Gateway Shops, Wailea Village Center, Wailea Town Center, and the Shops at Wailea are just minutes away. Hotels, spa facilities and award-winning restaurants are all within walking distance.

  We really enjoyed this unit and especially its location within the ekahi property. Balcony was great. Air conditioning was a bit loud in the living area but didn’t impact us. Bed was deceivingly soft as neither of us with previous back issues had any problem. Bathroom showers very nicely designed and had nice soft towels. Couch upholstery a bit itchy. We did not use the sofa bed. Sufficient starters for soaps, detergents and paper goods for a 2 week stay. Consider bringing your own body soap and hair products. Rental manager provided a really nice welcome package of snacks. Best part about this condo was the location on the property. Close enough to run back for lunch or beverage. Will definitely rent again.

  We enjoyed our stay at Ekahi 8E. It's upstairs and has a large lanai. This unit is a 1 minute walk to the pool/pavilion, barbecue area. It's clean and well stocked with essentials. Wish it had a beach umbrella but we understand owners not having them.

  Very good location. Kitchen had all the supplies provided as well as the bathrooms. In order to compete though it needs an update in furnishings and carpet. Owners left a lovely gift basket full of amazing treats. Offered beach chairs and lots of sunscreen.

  If your looking for a place in Wailea that is close to the pool, close to the beach, has a great view with patio and is very clean with great owners this is the place. We had a great experience. The property has many great features including bbq grills, nice recreation area with fridges, ice machines, microwaves along with pickleball court and many other nice features. Our condo came with chairs and boogie boards for the beach also. I would highly recommend this condo.

  The condo was fabulous. One bedroom, 2 bath, full kitchen, luxurious living room. All decorated and maintained nicely. The main pool and beach were just steps away. Check in was seamless. The garden throughout the property was spectacular. Several pools through the property are available in the event the main pool gets a little noisy. Plenty of umbrellas at the pool and a covered area with BBQs, tables and sofas.

  Wow, what a place. In 2020 we stayed in the same condo following my wife’s breast cancer surgery, her oncologist said shy would be ready, he lied. With that being said the trip and this condo was her “carrot” to get through the five long months of chemo. Our 2023 trip was planned to celebrate her 65th birthday and a conference I had on Maui later that month, it could not have gone better.
  The new pavilion with complete outdoor kitchen and three grills set us up to use almost every night, we met some folks from Canada who will be friends for life. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for unit 8E, you won’t regret it. Mahalo.

  This was a very well-stocked condo in a great location. Only one building is closer to the main pool/beach, it was really nice to not have to trek up the huge hill to return home after the pool or beach. The condo is very spacious and clean, with a good selection of pots/pans, sharp knives, foil, spices/oils, and even tupperware. As some reviews mention, there are some palm frons blocking some of the view, they do help with afternoon sun but it would be nice if they were removed. The AC worked great when needed. We love renting condos managed by Wailea Vacation Rentals- the cooler, beach bag and welcome basket are great! We would most certainly stay here again as a couple. There is a pull-out couch that was nice to lounge on, but I wouldn't want to spend more than a few hours sleeping on it. A few items that could be added for convenience- Full length mirror, new beach chairs (2 of the 4 had broken buckles making them impossible to wear on your back) and a barbeque scrubber. Overall loved this place!

  We stayed in unit 8E which has a great view of the pool and ocean from the deck. Shor walk to the Beach and Pool area. Loved the location too. A short drive into town or to the Wailea shopping center. The staff were very helpful when our Wifi went out they were at the unit within 20 minutes. Even after we left and left a charger for a computer, they mailed it to us the next day. I highly recommend the unit for your stay in Wailea!

  Unit 8E is in an amazing location, steps from the pool and beach. There’s AC in the condo, if you prefer to use it, but the windows are situated perfectly to catch the breezes, and we turned off the AC for most of our stay. There’s a full kitchen with the usual appliances, plus a dishwasher, and the unit has its own grill on the balcony, or there are some down by the pool. The beach is a wide, sandy one with rocks on the edge that made for great snorkeling. We saws lots of fish and even an octopus, all in view of our condo! There were plenty of towels, beach chairs, a boogie board, even some soft-sided coolers. The new pool pavilion had just been completed when we got there, and it is *beautiful*! We went down there to watch sunset every night. The construction fence behind the pavilion was still up (right in front of our balcony), but it didn’t block our ocean view looking from the end of the balcony, and we didn’t have any issue with construction noise. Overall, it exceeded my expectations!

  We had a fantastic stay in this unit. It was modern, clean, and had a variety of kitchen supplies, including a coffee maker and a rice cooker. There were also basic items such as salt and pepper, as well as some items that were likely left from other guests (oil, spices, etc). The unit was spacious and the balcony was really nice. There was construction at the main pool area so we didn’t really use the balcony during working hours, but it was not a problem. They did not wake us up in the morning. We would definitely stay in this unit again. It’s a great location and I really liked how new and clean it was.

  Wow, our fifth trip to Ekahi was 90% fantastic, 10% meh... the construction on the pavilion was not a big issue, noise started each morning about 7:00 when we were sitting outside enjoying our morning coffee.   Just steps away from the pool and the beach. Loved the extra touches like beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, lots of extra towels, and washer/dryer. Super clean and spacious.

  Ekahi Village is a well maintained ocean front property. I've stayed in different places on Maui, and Wailea is my favorite. It has great beaches. We loved unit 8E, which is a second story unit. There no condos obstructing the views between this unit's lanai and the pool and beach. The picture attached is the view from the lanai. We were walking distance from the Shops of Wailea and short drive to Kihei restaurants and shops. I've never stayed anywhere that had a better pool area and access to the beach. The pool area includes a large club house area with furniture and bathrooms. Lawn surrounds the pool where you have a front row view to the Pacific.
  We had everything we needed inside the condo, including beach chairs, a boogie board, an ice chest, and beach towels. The kitchen has granite counters, and is fully equipped with everything you need. There is one big bedroom, plus a pullout bed in the living room couch. We had wifi, two tvs, and air conditioning. The lanai is twice as big as the corner units with access from the living room and bedroom. The lanai had a gorgeous view of the ocean and pool. There are loungers, a table, chairs, and a BBQ on the deck. There are two large bathrooms with large closets and in-suite laundry (detergent was provided). The tile work was very nice. We made our reservations through Wailea Vacation Rentals (). Bob and Nicole were so helpful. We had to contact Bob after hours, and he answered almost immediately.
  The staff and gardeners keep everything in perfect order. There are 4 pools on the property. Buildings 7 and 8 are closest to the beach. All condos are individually owned.
  The beach in front of this property is Keawakapu Beach. The sand is fine and the beach is large and great for swimming. You can snorkeling in the mornings. Afternoon trade winds provide boogy boarding waves. Guests walk out to the pool and beach every evening to enjoy the sunsets. We didn't want to leave.

  It's close to the pool and Keawakapu Beach, one of the best in Hawaii. You can watch the sunset from the lanai. The grounds in Wailea Ekahi Village are like a botanical garden. We stayed in 8E in 2013, and it was overdue for renovations. Fortunately, renovations have been completed, and the kitchen and bathrooms are very nice.
