Grand Champions Golf Villas 54

Note: Roof replacement at Grand Champion Golf Villas will be happening over the next year. There will be equipment and contractors working at the property daily. This building is scheduled for work 9/3 - 9/21 of 2024 - parking will be affected.
Note: Unit 51 will be doing a bathroom remodel from 9/9 to 10/31. Will be some intermittent noise.

Shopping, dining, activities, and amenities are conveniently located within walking distance. Beautiful Wailea beaches are just a short drive away or a 15–20-minute walk from the Villas. Wailea Grand Champions Golf Villas offers great values and views in the heart of the upscale Wailea Resort community. This moderately priced, luxury property is in the center of Wailea’s Ol’ Blue Golf Course, with contemporary villas featuring private lanais for sunset views over the fairways to the West Maui mountains. Wailea area resorts, spa facilities, and award-winning restaurants are within walking distance, and Wailea’s fabulous beaches are a leisurely 15-minute walk or easy 3-minute drive from the Wailea Grand Champions Villas. Wailea Gateway Center, Wailea Town Center, The Shops at Wailea, and the newest shopping/entertainment destination Wailea Village Center are all a few minutes’ walk from your vacation home at Wailea Grand Champions.

Beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, and coolers are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops.

  The villa was so comfortable with everything you need.
  The layout of the furniture made the unit feel very open and spacious.
  The towels were fluffy & soft. The bath soaps & shampoos smelled like the islands. Bed was very comfortable & we rested well. Patio felt private. Was fun to watch the pickleball / tennis players —- noise was not bothersome at all. Kitchen had so many little extras with plenty of dishes & glasses. Property was well kept with lush landscaping. Property managers were very responsive and we never had to wait for responses. Special touch was the welcome goodies - love this. Definitely hope to rest this unit again.

  this condo had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable. It was clean, had a well appointed kitchen. My only negative was the TV in the bedroom. The remote doesn't work well and so I could not move it off a particular station for a few days. Not a big deal as I was reading a book. It was very quiet and I liked the location... close to the entrance

  Great stay - close to Wailea Tennis Club. We enjoyed the well equipped full kitchen (thanks for having some basics, like cooking oil and salt and pepper). Having 2 full bathrooms (despite only 1 bedroom) was really convenient. The unit was a little bit dated - the carpet shows light wear. Our family members had another condo in the same complex that was fully renovated with 2 BR/2 BA and the pricing was pretty close for this smaller and not updated unit.
  
  Having a washer/dryer was great! We appreciated the amenities in the unit including beach towels and beach chairs.

  Great location, great condo. The pictures were accurate- nice view off the lanai. Close to pool. Beautiful condo community. Shops and several beaches down the street. We saw many sea turtles on Wailea walking path along beach. Great customer service- responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would book this condo again.

  We really enjoyed our stay! It was very comfortable and the location was great! We could walk to the beach, stores and restaurants. (For elderly or disabled travelers, you do need to walk uphill to get home from the beach. We enjoyed the exercise!) The pool was right across the street! Everything was laid out very clearly as to the rules and regulations and things that we might need. We had a very enjoyable stay! We would do it again.
