  This was one of our best vacation. This place had breathtaking views, sitting on the lanai for hours and also steps from the sandy beach. Close proximity to good eateries and stores made it so easy that 8nights here flew by. Primarily due to this location, it was easy to gauge the time of it was windy, we would come back home but go out again, mornings and evenings.
  About the place was exactly as described and even better. Kitchen had the vessels we needed for light cooking but we mostly ate out as there was many good options nearby. Vegetarians- you’ll love it here! German Bakery, Fred’s, Surfside Cafe, Kamana Indian we’re all the places we enjoyed hearty dishes.
  Place also had beach towels, beach chairs and umbrella that we were able to carry to the beach, and with warm sun during the day, they became very useful. Note: there is a tap at the apartment entrance, that you wash up your sand before going in. The morning birds chirping and ****-a-doodle-doo.. made it very fun experience to wake up early..The view of the Haleakala hill on the east side near the entrance was also quite enjoyable in addition to the gorgeous 180degree ocean view was the key feature.
  Something to note: afternoon sun comes blaring in the balcony and so shutters were very helpful to cut the the heat, AC in the main room was but awkward location but we only needed it a couple of hours in the afternoon.
  I highly recommend any couple would have a fabulous time, and the place is family friendly, no issues.

  Property was well stocked, had almost everything needed. WiFi wasn't very good, didn't work a lot of the time. Maintenance wise the only things were the shower ceiling needs painting and the lanai sliding door would often get stuck and is very hard to open. Major improvement would be if they could install hooks outside on the lanai for towels and bathing suits when wet since you aren't allowed to hang anything on the railing. Overall pretty good. Condo was in good shape, clean. Pool was nice. Parking was never a problem. Rooftop was an added bonus.
