Each of the privately owned residences at Wailea Point has its own unique feel and décor- a reflection of the diverse tastes of the owners. There are many common features found in all the residences provided for your comfort and enjoyment i.e. outstanding construction quality, central air-conditioning, full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, digital cable television, complimentary high-speed internet access, many with private lanais, and some have built in BBQ grills. All of the Wailea Point residences have ocean views, and several are direct oceanfront residences with breathtaking panoramic views stretching from Makena to the West Maui Mountains and beyond.

Recreational amenities include 2 entertainment pavilions each with a full kitchen, barbeque areas, 4 swimming pools, including a 25-meter lap pool, 2 hot tub/spas, lighted tennis, 2 pickleball courts as well as a modern fitness facility.

All reservations at Wailea Point are for a minimum of 30 days. Please call or email us about the dates for your visit. You are welcome to island-hop or come and go as you please during your reservation.

Beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels and coolers are provided. Additional beach gear may be rented at one of our local beach shops.
